1. Service Description

Mission Admission is an AI-powered MHT-CET college prediction and counselling platform for Maharashtra engineering admission aspirants. We provide:

• College predictions based on official DTE Maharashtra CAP round cutoff data.
• An AI counsellor for MHT-CET admission questions.
• Tools to compare colleges, build preference lists, and export reports.
• CAP schedule tracking and admission news.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 16 years old to use Mission Admission. By creating an account, you confirm you meet this age requirement and that the information you provide is accurate.

3. No Guarantee of Admission

Mission Admission provides predictions based on historical CAP cutoff data. We do not guarantee admission to any college or branch. Final admission decisions rest with DTE Maharashtra and the respective institutions. Always verify information on the official cetcell.mahacet.org portal before making decisions.

4. Account & Sign-In

You sign in using Google OAuth. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your Google account. We are not liable for unauthorized access resulting from a compromised Google account.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to:

• Use the platform for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.
• Attempt to scrape, copy, or redistribute our data without permission.
• Reverse-engineer, hack, or disrupt the service.
• Impersonate another person or provide false information.
• Use automated bots to overload the platform.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on Mission Admission — including our UI design, AI prompts, prediction algorithms, and documentation — is owned by us. Cutoff data is sourced from public DTE Maharashtra portals and used under fair use for educational guidance.

7. AI Counsellor Disclaimer

Our AI Counsellor provides guidance based on general knowledge of the MHT-CET admission process. AI responses may contain errors. Always verify critical information with official sources and qualified human counsellors before making important decisions.

8. Free Service

Mission Admission is currently free to use. We reserve the right to introduce premium features in the future, but core prediction features will remain accessible to Maharashtra students.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Mission Admission is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms. You may delete your account at any time by contacting us.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Maharashtra, India.
